Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After production begins, cancellations may not be possible since all products are made to order.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defects

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting images.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Change of mind after production starts

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
